CHOICE OF GIN
We create together the customized Gin by selecting the botanicals and combining them with spices and alcohol, so as to make your distillate unique. Each Gin can be different from all existing ones, since each botanical differs by the microclimate in which it grows and develops.
TASTING
Come to us to taste your personalised Gin and to understand together how to balance the flavour by intensifying tastes, aromas, scents. If you want a soft Gin, more zesty, spicier or drier, more alcoholic or less aggressive, we can work together on it.
DISTILLATION
We represent an innovative artisanal reality in our territory: we distill Gin with a copper still, in order to obtain a London Dry Gin. Our knowledge of the plants, the foraging, the precision in the use of our alembics, are a priority.
APULIAN DISTILLERY
Our Microdistillery in Gravina in Puglia is unique in its kind: we make artisanal Gin and Apulian Amaro with botanicals from the Alta Murgia, using sophisticated methods.
