What we do
Made with botanicals from the Alta Murgia
We carefully select fragrant herbs, meadow sage, wild fennel, mountain savory from the Alta Murgia Park, juniper from the Gravina’s Wood, mint, sea salicornia picked between Monopoli, Polignano and Otranto: botanicals carefully harvested following their seasonality - always cut and never uprooted.
Distilled with alembic
We carefully choose the best aromas and fragrant herbs to make our Apulian distillates with a copper still - which has the characteristic of preserving the memory of the aromas released during distillation - and with the method of steam distillation, in order to get a London Dry Gin.
